To be eligible for the Georgia Tech Internship Program, students must possess a 2.0 or above GPA and be in good academic standing. Students with fewer than 30 earned credits are encouraged to join the Center for Career Discovery and Development's Co-op Program.
I. To Apply
Go to the CareerBuzz Homepage to create a new student account. This will allow you to use CareerBuzz to schedule meetings with your Career Development Advisor, view and apply to jobs, schedule meetings, and much more. However, you will not have access to apply for jobs until you’ve completed the Experiential Learning Application. Look for the link in "My Quicklinks" for the Experiential Learning Application.
II. To Look For An Internship:
a.) Be sure to keep your resume up-to-date and have it reviewed by a career advisor.
b.) Network: Attend Information Sessions, Career Fairs, your major school's networking events, etc.
c.) Conduct your Job Search: Click here for resources that can be used to find an internship. We recommend checking CareerBuzz regularly for new jobs postings.
III. To Register An Internship:
Once you accept an internship, register your internship through the Center for Career Discovery and Development it is easy and has many benefits!
