PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE.
All requests are to be made through CareerBuzz. After logging into your account use the OCR (On-campus Recruiting) tab or your "Quicklinks" on the right side of your screen and "Request a Schedule". The term Schedule corresponds to an interview room. This request will be sent to your Employer Relations Representative listed below. For more information feel free to reach out to them directly.

On-Campus Recruiting & CareerBuzz Job Postings:
Please be advised that positions posted in CareerBuzz have screening criteria that pre-screen students by majors, degree level, class level and work authorization (as well as applicant type for Internship and Co-op positions) Students that do not meet the screening criteria set in CareerBuzz for your position postings are/will not be able to apply for these positions.
Please review your job posting(s) in CareerBuzz carefully before attending the Career Fair, to make sure the screening criteria is set correctly and includes all majors, class levels and degree levels you are interested in hiring, if not please revise the job posting(s).
Please ensure to advise the students that you meet at the Career Fair to apply through CareerBuzz only when they meet the screening criteria of your positions, including the work authorization set in the system.
Center for Career Discovery and Development will not revise job postings or change screening criteria if approached by students that have been advised to apply for positions for which they do not meet the screening criteria in CareerBuzz. We will be more than happy to make any job posting/screening criteria changes at request and directions of a company representative.
INTERVIEW DAY LOGISTICS:
Interviews are conducted in the Bill Moore Student Success Center. Please check-in the Student Success Center Basement area. We open at 8:00 a.m. and the normal interview day is from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Our standard interview schedule offers an hour break for lunch and two 15-minute breaks during the day. You can select twelve 30-minute, eight 45-minute or six 60-minute interviews per schedule.
NOTE: PLEASE LOG ON TO YOUR CAREERBUZZ ACCOUNT AND CLICK ON THE “CREATE A NEW SCHEDULE REQUEST” TO RESERVE YOUR INTERVIEW ROOMS
**Please allow 72 hours for your request to be approved at which time you will receive a confirmation email with job posting/procedural instructions**
